These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided by Dietitian Success Center Inc. (DSC) at dietitiansuccesscenter.com, including memberships, courses, continuing education, nutrition resources, downloadable materials, templates, events, and related support.
By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown at checkout or on the relevant service page. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration, billing, and account information, keeping login details secure, and using only the account, membership, or course access purchased for you.
Each Dietitian Success Center account, membership, or course belongs to the person who purchased it. You must not share login information, course access, membership access, or downloadable resources with other dietitians, students, colleagues, or unauthorised users.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, payment timing, access terms, renewal terms, and cancellation timing may vary by product or service.
Course materials, nutrition-library materials, handouts, templates, graphics, trademarks, and other content are owned by Dietitian Success Center or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for the permitted purpose.
You may share DSC handouts and resources with your own clients or patients for nutrition education purposes. You are responsible for including appropriate disclaimers and for how the materials are used in your own professional context.
You must not modify DSC handouts or resources unless the material is expressly labelled as an editable template. You must not upload non-editable DSC materials to design tools to alter the information, copyright, or images. You must not print or distribute DSC resources to other dietitians, students, colleagues, or professional audiences except where DSC has approved that use.
If you reference DSC content in your own materials, provide a direct link back to the relevant DSC website page. Group presentations, conference distribution, freebies, client materials, or course materials may require additional approval where the audience is professional or the materials form part of a paid offering.
Dietitian Success Center operates a no-refunds policy for purchased digital resources, memberships, and course access unless product-specific terms state otherwise or a non-excludable right applies under applicable Canadian consumer protection law. This protects the integrity of downloadable and immediately accessible content.
We encourage prospective members to review the Free Starter Kit and Nutrition Library preview before purchasing. No partial refunds are given if you cancel before your renewal date; you retain access to membership benefits until the end of the billing cycle already paid for.
You may request up to a three-month account pause at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle. A maximum of three months of pauses is available during a membership. After an approved pause ends, billing resumes automatically using the payment method on file. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership in time if you no longer wish to use the service.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, payments, analytics, forms, communications, or security. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy notices.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, payment is unpaid, access is being misused, or action is needed to protect our services or users.
Our services are provided for education and professional support. We do not guarantee clinical, regulatory, business, income, client, patient, or professional outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dietitian Success Center and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the six months before the claim or $100 CAD, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Privacy and data-rights requests should be submitted through our privacy request form.
Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of our website, resources, platforms, and related communities.
We aim to make our digital services accessible and welcome accessibility feedback through our contact form.
If you believe content on our services infringes copyright, submit a notice through our contact form with enough information for us to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your authority to act.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days after written notice. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled by courts or other forums with competent jurisdiction in Alberta, Canada, unless product-specific terms require another lawful process.
Dietitian Success Center does not tolerate forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, bribery, or corruption in its operations. We expect suppliers and service providers to comply with applicable Canadian labour, anti-trafficking, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws, including the Criminal Code and applicable supply-chain transparency laws where they apply.
